TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions establish a formal agreement between you and Skyway Overseas regarding your utilization of any services provided by Skyway Overseas. By accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and consented to be bound by all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are explicitly prohibited from using the site, and you must cease use immediately.
After any down payment, the customer is required to make scheduled payments on time. If a payment is overdue by more than 3-4 weeks, the project will be stopped, and a penalty will be charged.
CLIENT CANCELLATION
If a service has been paid for and the client requests a cancellation, the 50% deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance. This policy is in place due to the high volume of inquiries and projects in queue. The retained payment is necessary to cover the costs associated with potential loss of business and the time already consumed in the project.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Skyway Overseas reserves the right to terminate any project(s) under the following circumstances:
1.The client is unable to adhere to the project’s turnaround time, consistently contacting and/or rushing the designer.
2.The client refuses to make payment for any changes or additions that were not requested during the initial consultation.
3.Skyway Overseas is unable to meet the client’s expectations; the client consistently disapproves provided samples created based on the information received during the consultation.
4.The client is deemed difficult to work with, constantly creating complex situations that interfere with the project’s goals, expressing constant displeasure or dissatisfaction, or not adhering to the given project turnaround time.
If a project is terminated, restarting work on the website will incur a fee of $50 USD
REFUNDS
All payments, including deposits and consultation fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the services/skills executed for the project, time consumed, and potential loss of clientele. Refund requests will not be considered for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, choosing to do business elsewhere, or no longer requiring the service
PAYMENT
For projects under $100 and the marketing package amount, full payment is required to initiate the process. Website design projects necessitate a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance scheduled as per the terms outlined in the web design contract. Any changes or additions not covered in the initial consultation will incur additional fees added to the final deposit. Failure to complete the final payment will result in the client not receiving the finished project, rights/ownership of the project, and late fees accruing each week

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
We can transfer any domain to the owner upon approval and payment of a $299 USD transfer fee. Additionally, if the owner wishes to receive the full website files in zip format, this service is available for an additional cost of $199 USD.
REVISIONS
Every service comes with a specified turnaround time and a set number of free revisions. Upon completion, the project is delivered to the client, and they can request revisions for minor changes or additions. Any major alterations or items not covered in the initial consultation will incur an additional charge. Each submission of requested changes to the client constitutes one (1) round of revisions.
After exhausting the included revisions for the service, a $25 revision fee will be applicable.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultation sessions are priced at $50.00, and this cost will be subtracted from the total service fee upon proceeding. Each consultation session lasts for 30 minutes and can be conducted through a phone call or Zoom meeting. These sessions provide an opportunity for clients to discuss project details with the designer and gather additional information. All consultation fees are non-refundable.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
We offer a one-month maintenance period after the project’s completion. During this time, if the client encounters any issues on the website, we are committed to resolving errors promptly.
